Even More Of What Dish Towels Can Do

My wife came home with a special treat last week, a fresh cheese made by a co-worker. The cheese-maker said that the queso fresco should be stored in the refrigerator, wrapped in a damp cloth. Well, as it so happens, we had just the right damp cloth to use. That’s right, people, my dish towels can also store cheese. It’s my favorite use yet. Oh, and the cheese was amazing.
